Great experience. I went here first for my wisdom teeth extraction consultation and Dr. Jeworski explained eveything very clearly. The second time I went for my two wisdom teeth extraction. He was very patient and when he sense my anxiety he kept asking if I'm feeling ok. The entire surgery took less than 15 mins and Im surprised it got done so quickly. Dr. Jeworski has great skill and also very friendly. He makes sure patients feel comfortable and at ease. The same night after the surgery he even called me to check up on me and make sure I'm feeling ok. The experience far exceeded my expectations and will definitely recommend this place.

This oral surgeon dental office is by far the worst I have ever experienced. I was referred over by my dental office for an emergency procedure in May 2025 during that time I paid upfront for my bone graft. They told me that everything else was gonna be submitted to insurance and to wait well I haven’t heard back from them so in October 2025 I called the office and they told me that the claim had not been submitted or processed through my insurance but that there was an account balance . she said just go ahead and call in January so when I called in January 2026 , unfortunately a staff person by the name of Johnny answer the call this person is ride argumentative and very condescending. I had explained the situation to him and Again, I was told that the claim was not processed through my insurance But I did have an account balance. I said I was not going to pay anything until I receive an EOB from my insurance. He then became very frustrated with me because I started to ask questions on the process. He became argumentative. I then asked if I can speak to the office manager he informed me that they do not have an office manager. I then asked if I can leave a message for the doctor. He told me point-blank. The doctor will not call you back. Wow!!!!! Really !!!! this is not a dental office that you want to deal with please please find another office for your dental work. You will be greatly unsatisfied. If you choose to use their services the front desk staff is atrocious and highly unprofessional if the doctor is not willing to call patients back on concerns or have a person available to handle them then it’s just bad business practice In my opinion, be aware you have been warned

Bad experience without even seeing the doctor. Staff were rude, cold and indifferent!!! Charges and insurance coverage were not provided upfront. Fees were not transparent. They denied to give any information on insurance. At my appointment, I was told I should figure it out on my own including treatment codes. However, they were not only unhelpful in providing the codes, but impatient, rude and somewhat offensive. After several rounds of back-and-forth in their office making calls to my insurance, I gave up and stepped out of the door. I will never return. I may not be the only one who experienced this. Owner should be aware that will hurt your business .
