The staff and doctor were both very friendly, and my care instructions were explained to me thoroughly. Two of my children have also seen Dr. Jeworski for their wisdom teeth, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The cost was clearly outlined—just a deposit up front, with insurance following up later on what they would cover. I appreciated not having to wait for the insurance response, especially since I was in so much pain. Being able to move forward quickly by paying a deposit made a big difference.

How is it that you go in and get charge for a total of $721.23. One and only time you have been seen to remove "drill" roots. You was told you must pay the full amount before leaving the office. 6 months later you received a bill for $704.25 which includes a "discount"it states. You called few times,no answer or call back. You finally got "Johnny" to answer, who was very rude and was trying to hang up, you say, I'm not done speaking to you. He replied "you were in a bad mood the day of service" as well as today and I can't help you, if you can't pay your bill", and he hung up. The dentist was great, but this Johnny from the"billing department "and him trying to double charge is the reason I gave a star. Business owners need to check on the billing dept once in a while. That would prevent customers from getting scammed and themselves as well.

I'm not sure how this guy or this office is still in business. They have no clue how to do billing and should be reported for malpractice.

Dr. Kevin Jeworski is a master of his craft. I have had a lower molar extracted and an implant placed at the same site from him, and my experience has been extremely good. The surgeries were carried out so well that I barely needed any painkillers afterwards. Much to my surprise, on both occasions, I did not even have minor swelling despite the lower gums being cut and sutured back. Dr. Jeworski is an excellent oral surgeon. He is so skillful that I only spent ~20mins both times in the dental chair. Most of the time was actually spent doing paperwork before and waiting for anesthesia to take effect. During the implant placement, Dr. Jeworski takes xrays midway to ensure that everything is perfectly aligned and where it needs to be. The front office staff is also kind and helpful, and I was able to get all the support I needed. Dr. Jeworski personally calls all his patients on the night of their surgeries to ensure that we're doing well, and then calls us again after a week to ask if we have any questions. He is a very nice person and makes sure that we are comfortable before starting the procedures. He would notice our body language and if he senses nervousness, he would talk about his life or asks us random questions to help us relax. During the surgery, he would continually say encouraging things, and also keeps us informed of how much of the procedure is left. And the cherry on the cake is that Dr. Jeworski's charges are very reasonable. In fact, all the other oral surgeons that I got estimates from charge almost 2x of what Dr. Jeworski charges. Dr. Jeworski might just be the best oral surgeon in the South Bay Area. I see some others reviewers have said that he has golden hands. I couldn't agree more.
